MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If any of the Web Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of the TOU is found to be unlawful or unenforceable in any respect, the court shall reform such provision so as to render it enforceable (or, if it is not possible to reform such provision so as to make it enforceable, then delete such provision). As so reformed or modified, the court shall fully enforce the TOU.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters relating to your access to, or use of any Rocket website are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of any Rocket Websites shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
